In-App Notification Settings

Safa Ride allows you to fully customize how and when you receive notifications (both email alerts and push notifications) directly from within the Safa Ride mobile app.

To configure your settings or unsubscribe from all notifications, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Safa Ride App on your mobile device.
2. Open the main navigation menu by tapping the menu icon (drawer menu) in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Tap on Settings to open your user settings.
4. Select Notification Preferences.
5. You will find toggles for both Email Notifications and Push Notifications. Simply toggle them off if you no longer wish to receive updates.
6. Save your preferences. Changes will take effect immediately.

Please provide the email address associated with your Safa Ride account, and our team will process your request within 24–48 hours.
